Airmax provides cloud-hosted services and related support as per your selected plan. Service features, limits, and pricing are shown on your plan or invoice.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate billing and contact information.

4. Billing and Payments

  • Plans are billed in advance as per subscription cycle.
  • Services may be suspended for unpaid dues.
  • Taxes and applicable charges are payable by the customer.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
  • Uploading malware, harmful code, or security exploit attempts.
  • Actions that disrupt service availability or performance for other users.
  • Violation of third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

6. Service Availability and Support

Airmax works to maintain reliable service. Planned maintenance, emergency fixes, and events outside reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions.

7. Data and Backups

We use reasonable security controls and backup practices for hosted services. Customers remain responsible for their application-level data handling and compliance obligations.

8. Suspension and Termination

Airmax may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, policy violations, legal requirements, or security risks. You may request termination as per your active plan terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Airmax is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of business, revenue, or data, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
