Airmax Tally Cloud has two plans: Office Cloud at ₹299 a month (₹3,588/year) and Tally Cloud at ₹833 a month (₹10,000/year). Both are billed annually and 18% GST is added at checkout. Setup, migration of your existing data, OTP-protected access, daily backups and support are included in both; your Tally licence is not. Each plan price covers one concurrent session — one sign-in at a time — and more sessions can be added.

| Renewal | Renew online with your username. The new term starts from your current expiry date, so renewing early loses nothing. An account that expires is disabled until it is renewed. |

| Refunds | Plans are prepaid. Money for a term that has started is not refunded; refunds apply when a payment was debited but not recorded. |

A hosted plan replaces the costs of running Tally on your own server: the server hardware, its Windows licence, a UPS, electricity, and the hours someone spends on patching and checking backups. Whether that makes hosting cheaper for you depends on your hardware and your team, so we have written up an honest comparison with a local office server, including the cases where staying local is the better answer.
