Refer a business, earn 15%
If you know a business that runs Tally, send them your referral link. They get 10% off their first year, and you get 15% of what they pay as credit against your own bill. Both figures are worked out before GST, and the credit appears on your next renewal automatically.
How it works

Get your code
Every customer has one. Open My Files on your cloud desktop and click Refer & Earn, or look on the payment page when you next pay a bill. There is nothing to sign up for.

Share it
Send the link to a business that runs Tally. Anyone arriving through it gets your code filled in for them; they can also type it at checkout.

They get a discount
10% off their first year, applied before GST, shown on the price breakdown before they pay.

You get credit
15% of what they paid for that first year, added to your account as credit. It appears on your next bill — there is nothing to claim.

Where to find your code
- In My FilesOn your cloud desktop, open My Files and click Refer & Earn. Your code, your share link and what you have earned so far are all there.
- On the payment pageLook up your account on the payment page and your code appears beneath the payment box, with a button to copy the link.
Questions
- Who can refer?
- Any Airmax Tally Cloud customer with an active account. If you are a CA, consultant or IT firm introducing clients as a business, the partner programme suits you better — terms there are agreed individually.
- What exactly do I earn?
- 15% of what the business you referred pays for its first year, worked out on the amount before GST. It is credited to your account, so it reduces what you owe on your next renewal rather than being paid out in cash.
- When does it arrive?
- When their first payment clears. Until then you will see them listed as pending. If they never pay, nothing is earned — and nothing is owed by you either.
- Is there a limit?
- There is no limit on how many businesses you can refer. A single referral is capped, so if you are introducing a very large account it is worth talking to us first.
- Can I refer myself, or my own second account?
- No. A code cannot be used by its owner, and it cannot be used by a number that already has an account with us. The programme is for bringing in new customers.
- Does the business I refer know?
- They see that a referral code has been applied and that it saved them 10%. We never show them what you earn, and we never show you their account details — only that they joined.
