How to reset it

1. On the sign-in page, click Change Password.
2. Enter your username. A code is sent on WhatsApp to your account’s PRIMARY number.
3. Enter the code, then set your new password.

The code only goes to your primary number

If extra numbers have been added to your account — for a manager or an accountant — those can open the desktop but cannot receive a password code. That is deliberate: it stops anyone with a second phone taking the account over. If your primary number has changed, message us and we will verify it before changing it.

Before you change it, sign out everywhere

If your desktop is still open somewhere, that session keeps offering the OLD password after you change it, and after ten tries Windows locks the account for fifteen minutes. Sign out of any open session first, or sign out and back in straight afterwards.

Two rules to know

1. The password must be at least 8 characters. Shorter is refused by Windows, not by us.
2. Once changed, it cannot be changed again for 24 hours.
